Student Work Permit
All students ages 14 through 17 who obtain employment are required by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development to have a Work Permit. Work permits for SBRHS students are issued through the Main Office at Somerset Berkley Regional High School (508.324.3115). If you are a Somerset town resident but attend a school other than SBRHS your work permit can be obtained at the Superintendent's Office, 580 Whetstone Hill Road, Somerset. You must provide proof of age and residency. If you are a resident of Berkley but attend a school other than SBRHS please contact the Berkley Superintendent's Office, 21 North Main Street, Berkley (508.822.5220) for a work permit.
